We should be clear that the defeated president’s efforts are in a new phase. He lost a free and fair election. He has almost entirely lost his court challenges, reinforcing the reality of his defeat. Now he’s asking fellow partisans to simply hand him the presidency.
Don't you think rather that he knows he's lost, and he's asking gullible supporters to hand him money?

This is what his team has been telling the press -- needs time to deal with the loss, trying to fundraise and so on. It takes the pressure to concede off and gives him time to try to actually steal the election.
