True, although it can be more difficult over text. I assume that’s one of the reasons why it’s so important to *talk* to users instead of only requesting feedback.

Yes, but you also have to be super careful that the mere fact that you're talking to someone doesn't influence their feedback. Users will tell you that they love your product and then walk away the next day if you're not careful / honest
It’s also easy to project and misinterpret the intent of malice if one develops a complex that people are out to “get them”
