    Swag is no good if no one uses it, so put that before cost or branding. The reason YC t-shirts are gray instead of orange is simply that the gray shirts were softer.

        Oh yes! the difference used to be so much bigger. Gray is softer, even today but blacks have become very comfortable over time and they are really good now. #teamblacks :') But grey has a special place.
