I think the Trump campaign should continue with the lawsuits even if he doesn't have a chance of winning. It's important to expose all the irregularities (whether errors or fraud) so that we can improve our election systems, not to mention give us greater reassurance.

I think you're on to something very similar to chaos monkey testing. The 2020 election was more robust and resilient because of all the litigation efforts from 2016. Therefore, 2024 should be even better because of Trump's hyperbolic claims for 2020.
