How do you quantify high quality human interaction and does the definition not differ from individual to individual? Would you not automatically have to limit the scope of the network to the people who define high quality human interaction in the same way?

You can't quantify it definitively, but you might be able to model it so you can come up with approximate answers that would be helpful.

Need to think of the data points that would allow us to build that kpi. Grading words? Understanding sentences? Pretty sure there are libraries that can help.
