Is this a 'nature' that can be learned? Would a dedication nature be about a relentless focus to an ideal backed by a conviction and evidence..?

*Their nature* is one of the most underrated aspect of Airbnb story. Look at their S1, one of the most well written ones out there. They could have written an arcane one like rest but took the effort to literally design it as an experience. The risk section is so well done
