I was literally talking to the CEO of Substack last night about how startups attract haters as an automatic almost physics-like consequence of growth, and wondering how long it would take before they did.

No, but enough to attract haters. I think it makes a huge difference how successful startups are perceived by the public. It's not just yellowsy.

Also if they disrupt an existing industry, there are enough unhappy people
