Premium mediocre in 419 scams. I wonder who the target mark is? Someone who worked in the financial industry enough to know what a family office is but on the, ahem, more relationship-focused and less sophisticated side of it?
I think the target mark is someone who's never even heard of a family office but knows that a billion is a lot.
