A lot of people on the far left in the US also regard blasphemy as a crime. They just don't use that word for it.

As much as I agree with the sentiment, it’s not punished by death or imprisonment, now the preserve of paleo-conservative right-wing Islamists. Its left-wing counterpart died with the Soviet Union.
