is there a credible third party validation of that number? I rely on Givewell to estimate how effective charities are and that number seems inflated - cc @KelseyTuoc
I don't know anything about the specific charity but the category of intervention (helping people who don't know how to navigate bureaucracy to prove their eligibility get benefits they are eligible for) is high-value in rich countries b/c there are lots of eligible nonrecipients
