It’s hard to disentangle urbanization from that though.
It would be hard if they were asked if they'd had Covid-19 themselves. Asking instead if they know someone must mix things up a lot more.

I believe people who live in cities have an increased percentage of associates that live in cities. So I think it’s all the same.

While true in absolute numbers, per capita counts are also high in non urban areas.
