Ethical hackers only improve systems in the sense of making them more secure, not in the sense of making them perform their main function better.
So yes, an intellectually dishonest person might cause you to rephrase something in order to make it harder to willfully misinterpret, but that's not really an improvement from the point of view of the ordinary reader.
