I really wish I understood this phenomenon. I'm always so terrified of actually building and creating stuff, but when I finally get past the initial resistance, it's fun and I wish I started sooner. But I never remember that when I'm trying to start. WHAT GIVES???

I think it has to do with our natural aversion to navigating ambiguity. When we start doing something with no clear path to any particular endpoint, we experience paralysis of choice. Ironically though, I find this discomfort serves as a catalyst to move quickly.
