Either On Lisp or Hackers and Painters. Ansi Common Lisp was fairly straightforward.

Hackers and Painters sparked my interest in programming while I was incarcerated. Which then led to me being able to take care of my family. Which led to us starting

Scheme, a dialect of Lisp, was one of the most interesting languages I learned in college many years ago. I remember I had so much fun doing breadth-first search in Scheme, really cool stuff.
