Was going to say looks more Arts & Crafts than Art Nouveau, but: "Farm Street, Mayfair. Once an actual farm house, before the Mayfair area was developed; it was refurbished in a Tudor/Jacobean style around 1900 by the then owner, Mrs Strakosch."
