Well, fixing archaic medical and drug patent laws helps a whole chunk in that regard - and costs nothing but the will to do so. As does licencing.

I think bringing down the cost of education may be just as difficult as healthcare. Housing affordability is quite different -- it's not expensive because it's hard to build enough homes, but because we use price to ration the most desirable homes.

Thankfully diet and lifestyle driven interventions (e.g.
@livongo@virtahealth etc.) are more cost-effective (and more efficacious). These tools are becoming less scarce as adoption of digital health accelerates.
