The problem is we need a shared product management app but some of the team already use Asana. Personally I’d much prefer just using Roam or Things

Surely you should just use whatever product is best, regardless of what anyone else happens to be using.

With complicated B2B products (e.g., applicant tracking systems, ERP systems), it is not obvious what is best and people use whatever their friends use.

also would be interesting to be able to use more than one project management tool (collaborating together) on the same project. Kinda an instant merging feature hmm.

The willingness for others to use a certain application is part of the decision matrix for any software, even more so if said application has (information) network effects
