Interesting question. Not sure there is an answer. Not sure that startups are right for everyone. It’s easy to listen to talks by you, Jessica, and others. Much harder to have confidence in yourself to actually standup and do it.
I'm sure they're not right for everyone. I'd be surprised if 1% of people are suited to it.

So given the base-rate of suitability "one questioning whether one has enough experience" is probably conflated with the questions whether one should test one's suitability, and the answer in most cases is no.
You said (paraphrasing) Sam Altman had the maturity of a 40 yr old at age 18. Is there some proportion of people whose emotional immaturity recklessly interferes with their intellectual productivity? Should they be condemned from founding? "Yes" might be a valid answer.
So, you guestimate <1% of general population (or an industry?) suited to being startup (co)founder? Specifically in tech or applies to other industries?
