      Way more startups have died by over-building for their market vs. under-building. Always start simple then expand.

      It's not the overbuilding per se that kills them. It's that they were building instead of talking to customers, and thus built the wrong thing. But it's the absence of the right features that kills, not the presence of too many.

          Yes, I agree with this. The solution is to absolutely stay close to your customers. And if you under-build, you’ll find out quickly what you need to do next. If you over-build, it’s a lot messier.
