When I meet people at other companies I can tell who is going to be let go and in what time frame and why
Whoah. What is the usual reason they're going to be fired? And how can you tell?

There's imposter syndrome, but there are also imposters. We'll be discussing something in a mtg and it's clear they fundamentally don't understand a core competency of their role. For junior ppl they get fired quicker. VP and above it takes longer 10-13 months to get exposed.
