The holy grail in startups is discovering a problem that everyone has a different solution for, and no one is happy with it. There are still way more of these markets than we realize.
That's a good source of startup ideas, but I wouldn't call it the holy grail. That's not how Apple, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, or Facebook started. I think the holy grail is to make something you think would be really cool to have, but most other people don't realize they need.
