It's pretty exciting to find oneself routinely using "subsonic" as a name for a category of airliners.

You can do a lot better with modern tools and materials. The Concorde was very impressive for its time, but its time was 60 years ago.

Supersonic planes were way ahead of time. Today there should be much more demand for 2,3 or 4h travels from EU to NY or Shanghai.
