You have to admit creativity can only come from deregulation. Why else would I be paying Comcast the same for 1/10th of the bandwidth as others are paying for Google fiber?

That has very little to do with regulation, and more to do with States and Cities signing exclusivity contracts with telecom companies. Infact it is regulation that can fix that problem. Take a look at FCC 08-87 which goes some of the way to doing just that!
