String vibrato is applicable on a violin but then again you can't bend the strings to shift from one pitch to another. Similar limitations with the Oud, Harp, Cello, Viola etc... There's a wide variety of techniques that you can play on an electric guitar and can't elsewhere.
Yes, saxophones are surely expressive except you can't manipulate their tone as much as you can with the electric guitar. That's basically due to technological advancements in guitar gear like amp modeling and multi-fx capabilities.
Dynamics as well. You can unplug an electric guitar and shred and play as hard as possible and disturb no one. You can also plug into a good amp and overpower a whole street. Saxophone is loud, and always feels loud which is limiting. I echo your whole thread. @omarakhaddaj
