True, but part of selling property is about selling a story and people _want_ to relax with a great view.
The only reason why you think it might “die” in a few decades is because less people can afford to reach that point. That’s it. Same with watches. As long as the goal post keeps getting moved for whatever reason, these aspirational goals will “die”.
Why don’t you hire someone to do errands while you relax and enjoy the view?
That something is aspirational doesnt mean it dies out. People still plan their spaces with living rooms and dinner tables even though statistically they buy their food to-go or eat tv-dinners.
People who can afford them have no time for them.
