The problem with political discourse at work is the minority view is always ostracized. Everyone deserves a psychologically safe place to work regardless of their political or religious beliefs. I haven’t seen this done in environments where political discussion is unchecked.
Not even the minority view, necessarily, just the view of whichever side is less intolerant of the other side's opinion.
