How did you filter for sociopaths at YC given that their hallmark is to continuously adapt their behaviour as to not be detected? Do you think you funded more or less than would be found in the general population?
Jessica is pretty good at catching them, but on the other hand YC is exactly the sort of thing that attracts them, so I'm not sure if we ended up net ahead or not.

Why would YC attract them? I would have thought the opposite.

It's a credential, and it gets you access to networks of powerful people. Sociopaths love both of those.
