Interesting, what kind of effect if you’re allowed to sharing?
I know 11 adults (ages 30-45) who've had the coronavirus. Of those 11, 4 are still feeling the effects 5 months later.

What effects are they feeling?

Mostly fatigue in one form or another. Getting tired walking upstairs, for example.

I know around 20(all in India) who had covid and most of them don't have long term effects. Maybe taking hcqs or zinc or something helped.
