Note Paul that if you drop the suspension on that photograph to the same height as the one in the previous photo. Combine it with an oblique angle shot, you'll see they are the same car.

They took the shot from slightly above and 45 degrees off the stern so the width of the trunk appears to contribute to the length.

The wheels look perfectly round so not sure that it's strechted, more likely the angle and maybe the lense.
