Now... If we can just get them to all be powered by Lisp :)
Much of it is written in languages that would have been considered dialects of Lisp in 1980.

I recently heard a podcast about an Abelson and Sussman paper from ~30 yrs ago on what features of Lisp make it great and tried to remember the last time I used a language w/o first-class functions.
