It's hard for a bureaucrat to say fulfilling an open records request would be too time consuming when they take the time and energy to craft a multi-part reason to deny the request. Alabama needs to do better. This is pathetic.https://bit.ly/3kE4xpN
Can you challenge this in court? I wouldn't think a court would approve of this sort of behavior.
