An interesting question. You need x to survive as a company. How could you “cheat” and make it happen now, even if that way is unsustainable? I guess that’s “do things that don’t scale”

In a similar situation. Paid marketing not currently working on a project but started cold calling to help bring in customers. It's not scalable but helping with cashflow. At one stage I was thinking "this is cheating".
