If your startup is profitable and growing well, why do you need to raise another round? What problem do you have that raising more money would solve? If the answer to that isn't obvious, don't.

When I grow up and reinvent startup funding, it will be a rolling fundraising to maintain a runway length. Good news is less feast or famine behavior and more steady focus. Bad news is less heroic startup-y mad rush to avoid a wiley coyote ending?
