A lot of ambitious people spend the early part of their lives in credential-seeking mode. But you'll hit a wall if you're still in this mode when you start a startup. Making what users want is a completely different m.o. from charming authorities and doing well on tests.

Good way to change perspective early in life is to encourage students to build and sell stuffs when they are in school. They may start with physical products and then slowly move towards digital. A 7-10 y/o of today knows a lot. About time to exploit that.
