True when interviewing startups too. One of our tests was: did we learn anything?

When interviewing, one of my favorite questions to ask (if they answer the tech questions quickly) is "What is something cool you can teach me?". They're always a far better signal than the tech questions. (I especially enjoyed one where I was taught me about Gödel numbering).
