Amazing. What was it called? Do you still have copies of it?
It had a very advanced name for 1982. It was called .TXT. I probably have some copies stored somewhere, but not that I could get at.

My friend was taking a CS class at CMU and he used some Unix typesetting program (probably troff) to lay it out. Then we took it to a copy shop. We charged 5 cents for it, so we broke even.
