Not when you're a teen. Hangovers don't come until your mid-twenties. At least for a lot of kids

They tend to mix their drinks, and also drink horrible concoctions like snakebite, so probably do get bad hangovers. At least I did.

I have previously argued hangovers are an evolutionary response to prevent alcoholism. We haven’t yet had time to develop evolutionary responses to drugs other than puritanical tendencies, which is not specific.
