Twitter is a few people saying interesting things amidst a much larger number saying mean or mistaken things. So are books. But you don't suddenly get sentences from bad books in the middle of reading one of the good ones.

How long would you say we have to wait for Version 2?
These things are completely unpredictable, because it depends on when some individual person decides to make it. Could already exist. Could take 10 years.

Social Media v2 would probably be lesser "winner take all". I think kids are ok with reading the bad lines in the middle of good ones if Tik Tok is any indicator.
