I wonder this too. My wife and I got terribly sick back in March. Was it what we think it was? No idea. Since recovering, we've found shortness of breath, brain fog, occasional heart flutters... But we've also been drinking more caffeine and stuck with toddlers in the house!

I and another friend have had 'COVID toes' on and off since early January. It's frustrating, but I'm thankful it has not been worse.

Three of the resurgences seem to be brought about after a week of more work/elevated stress, and an unusual sleep schedule.

My wife and two of her friends got sick back in March. They all could not breathe and had never felt worse in their lives. One of her friends said she could barely speak. They all were 120% sure they had covid. All tests came back negative. And all sypmtoms dissappeared overnight
