Something like thought-to-text along the line of speech-to-text?

I would pay a lot of money to put 100 different business books into an AI and distill it down to whatever same 5 lessons every book is actually teaching.
-
AI corp gonna make $ blowing the ideas up and more $ distilling them back down

I guess one of the consequences of gpt-3 is the need for (human) validation. Not that humans necessarily write better, but would you pay for (or value) content as much if there wasn’t an actual person (or brand/company) behind it with skin in the game ?
-
Right now, human validation is important for most GPT-3 output. Eventually, sometimes, we should expect *not* having a human in the loop to be good—already, I am glad we dehumanized pressure regulators, bank statements, machine tools, spellcheck; are radiology & headlines next?

This will commoditize business books author and flood business book market with a lot of books with fluff and fillers.

Regarding your idea of detecting AI written text, AllenAI has been working on this. Their GROVER model is a generator (like GPT-2) + discriminator (which classifies whether AI wrote it) is one such model. https://grover.allenai.org/detect Here is a demo on it.

Makes me sad how wasteful politeness is for us. The AI interpolated 80% of the text (i.e wasted 80% of the reader's time).
