As far as I can tell, every country's population is criticizing its government for "blowing it" on Covid. Before you pile on and point to all the other countries that "did it better", make sure that *their* populations aren't saying the same thing about some other country.
I'd add Vietnam and remove Singapore ...
But we clearly didn't do a good job and continue in that path! We can criticize ourselves without looking at other nations!
Here in Denmark people praising the Gov for handling of the Corona virus.
And Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Iceland..

Countries that have almost completely suppressed the virus and closed their borders have solved nothing. What are their long-term plans? It is too early to judge which country's responses are better or worse.
They have solved the problem of having a lot of people die in short time. The treatments are getting better and vaccines are on the horizon, so with good management not many more people will die in these countries.
