I really, really hated living in a village for part of my childhood. Now the whole world is a village.
You should write an essay about this. It's an important idea. Leaving one's village behind and moving to the city protects one from certain bad things. Now we're getting them back. What are they, and how can we protect against them?

Technology makes location much more irrelevant nowadays. Flow of information is what mostly matters, which is guaranteed. The only difference is in close interactions, but often, you might actually get more of those in a small village.
