People who are 100% honest with you are hard to find but incredibly valuable
The combination of that and smart is particularly good. Though in my experience at least the two are fairly highly correlated.

Honest/Smart are correlated! Inversely correlated to EQ though IMHO. How to give the smart honest feedback is equally important when dealing with ppl! Most will not appreciate smart/honest alone unfortunately (Biases/Ego/etc..).
