Ive never written a blog...help me with a topic?? Can I be real or is it like professional writing? Can I write it how I talk? Lol
I'd recommend writing about something (a) you know (b) that most other people don't, and (c) that it would be useful for them to know. For example, what are the biggest mistakes inexperienced real estate investors make?

Mistake A) Penciling in funny-high rents, Mistake B) Not putting enough capital down. (Real estate tax laws are already so bent to the favor of the owner that no additionally bribery of the legal/political system is needed). Done.
