I find the most engaging books are those that are a collection of essays or blogposts. Like LessWrong's A-Z or pg's Hackers and Painters. What are other examples of blogs-turned-books?

A surprisingly large percentage of books started out as talks or essays.

Jiddu Krishnamurthi's Total Freedom is amazing. It's his collection of talks around the 1950s. A lot of knowledge and insight in every page. Learned about this from
