They say he’s been argued to be a proponent of gender essentialism. It isn’t the whole case, but clearly it’s evidence against Pinker being in a prestigious group.

Why would it matter what he's being canceled for? If I said it was for "hate speech" or "racism" or "white privilege", would that data hold ANY info content at all? You can redefine any word or deed as needed to make anything a crime in the Kangaroo Court of Leftist Justice.
