Agreed. The US is too large an area to lump into a single wave - this is rippling across the country. Individual waves will be clearly recognizable in metropolitan areas / states.

The plateau will last for at least 3 years since America is too Western. They are not worried about the group and focus on individualism. Which is great but not when it comes to pandemics/mass crisis. NYC is the opposite & work as an organism. Also our govt has done nothing.

Yep, exactly. I imagine it's difficult to model this. It's a dynamic process, for example as subgroups relax countermeasures they'll become vulnerable. Also events like Thanksgiving will cause spread. Other factors like the weather will drag people indoors. Multiple variables.
