Today was last day of school for my kids. But instead of the end, I can't help but obsess over the beginning - what is September going to look like? Instead of a reprieve, this summer feels like a painful purgatory of waiting and watching and wondering.
I don't think the situation with the coronavirus will be any better in the fall, if that's what you mean.

No I don’t either. I meant rather we’re waiting for announcements about what we can expect school schedules to be. Without a clear/firm understanding of that, the rest of life is in limbo.

How could we send our children back to that environment without a vaccine? Masks, sanitizer, distancing. Yes it’s good but I worked too hard to raise two beautiful sons and I’m not risking their lives or health.
