Everyone thinks the media is ok until they interact with them. They don’t give a shit about anything except driving eyeballs. The first few times reporters wrote about me were incredibly eye opening.

I suspect the future of journalism is blogging by people working in relevant fields as a side gig. And then those aggregated by outlets. With journalism losing the pretense of objectivity there's no reason not to find people whose influences are known and are more knowledgeable >
