Perhaps incredible wealth, power, and generally misaligned incentives can divorce a person’s actions from the ethical code they signal to their acquaintances?

The expectations of Zuck are not reasonable. He cannot possibly make everyone happy. This is a fundamental zero to one problem - perhaps the next big thing is one to several.
